About

Born in Maryland to an Indian mother and an Indian father, grew up in California, a brief detour to the  Midwest and now settled in Denver.  Working as a physician here and struggling with the inequities in the system that I see daily and a love/hate relationship with allopathic medicine.  Mother to the cliched “two greatest children in the world.” (Except in my case it’s true.)  Overthinker of how to parent mixed children. Overuser of parentheses, and a properly placed semicolon makes me swoon.  Handy with two sticks and yarn, but have yet to completely embrace any finished project.
